User Privacy Choices - Sanal Terapi

You can manage your privacy preferences in the Sanal Terapi app. This page explains how your data is used and how you can change your preferences.

1. In-App Preferences

You can manage your privacy preferences from within the app:

📊 Analytics Data

Anonymous data is collected to improve application performance. This data is not linked to your personal information.

How to Change: You can turn it on or off from "Settings > Privacy > Analytics Data" section within the app.

📤 Data Sharing

Data sharing for development and research purposes. This data is used anonymously.

How to Change: You can turn it on or off from "Settings > Privacy > Data Sharing" section within the app.

2. Facebook Pixel and Advertising Tracking

Our app uses Facebook Pixel for advertising optimization. To control advertising tracking:

📱 iOS Settings

To limit advertising tracking on your iOS device:

Steps:
1. iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising
2. Turn on "Limit Ad Tracking"

You can visit your Facebook settings to control Facebook's data usage.

3. Data Access and Deletion

Your rights to access and delete personal data:

📥 Download Your Data

You can download your account data.

How: Use the "Settings > Privacy > Download My Data" option within the app.

🗑️ Delete Your Data

You can delete all your personal data. This action cannot be undone.

How: Use the "Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data" option within the app.

👤 Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all your data. This action cannot be undone.

How: Use the "Settings > Privacy > Delete My Account" option within the app.

4. Chat Conversations

✅ Important Information:

Your conversations in the chat screen are never recorded or stored. Your conversations are only temporarily processed to generate AI responses and are immediately deleted. No conversation history is stored on servers or databases.

Therefore, there is no additional preference setting for your chat conversations - your conversations are already secure.

5. Email Preferences

To manage your preferences for email notifications, you can check the "Settings > Notifications" section within the app.
