Sanal Terapi is a mobile application that provides AI-powered mental health support and guidance. The App provides the following services:

AI-powered therapy chat
Mood tracking
Meditation and breathing exercises
Sleep tracker
Daily goals and motivational content

4. User Accounts

4.1. Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you must:

Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the security of your account information
Not share your account with others

4.2. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1. Premium Subscription

The App offers a monthly auto-renewable Premium subscription:

Price: $5.99/month (or local currency equivalent)
Auto-Renewal: Yes, automatically renews each month

5.2. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is processed through your App Store account. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current subscription period.

Refund requests are subject to App Store's refund policy. Generally, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

6. User Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

Share illegal or harmful content
Violate others' rights
Misuse the App or manipulate systems
Send spam or unwanted content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to others' accounts

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content (texts, graphics, logos, software, etc.) are owned by Sanal Terapi and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Service Changes and Termination

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction.
